**NEW Hours Coming**

We would like to inform you that effective April 10, we are changing our operating hours on all Mondays & Tuesdays to 8am - 6pm. We hope that the new time will be more convenient to our clients and allow us to provide a better service to you.

As always, we must also have our staff’s best interests in mind. To avoid the risk of employee burnout with our extended hours, we will be adjusting our hours and services on select Saturdays. Effective October 2021, we will be continuing our normal business hours, 8am - 12pm on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.

The remaining Saturdays we will only be open for a 2 hour window from 9am - 11am in which we can accommodate medicine pick ups and/or boarding services. As there will not be a veterinarian on site on these limited Saturdays, we will not be able to schedule appointments or fill new prescriptions on those days.

Return Policy

Animal Care Clinic Return Policy

At Animal Care Clinic, we strive to provide high-quality products and services for your pet. Please review our return policy below, which applies to both in-clinic and online pharmacy purchases. All refunds may take 2-3 business days before they reach your account from the day they are processed.

1. Prescription Medications (In-Clinic)

  • No Returns: Prescription medications cannot be returned once they leave the clinic, in accordance with federal and state regulations.

  • Safe Disposal: You may bring unused medications back to the clinic for proper disposal.

  • Exceptions:


    • Unopened, sealed medications in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 90 days of purchase.

    • If a dispensing error was made by our team, we will replace the medication at no charge.

2. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products & Preventatives

  • Eligible for Return: Unopened and unused OTC products (e.g., flea/tick preventatives, supplements, shampoos) may be returned within 90 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

  • Exceptions: Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.

3. Special-Order Items & Prescription Diets

  • Special-Order Products: Non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

  • Prescription Diets: May be returned or exchanged within 90 days if the pet refuses to eat it or has an adverse reaction.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item.

  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

  • Some products include manufacturer satisfaction guarantees—we’re happy to help process a claim if needed.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or may be provided as clinic credit.

  • Credit card refunds will be returned to the same card used.

  • Cash refunds may require management approval and could be issued as clinic credit.

6. Service Refunds

  • No refunds are available for services already performed.

  • If you have a concern about the care provided, please contact clinic management to discuss.

  • In certain cases, we may offer corrective services at no additional charge.

7. Manufacturer Satisfaction Guarantees

  • Many products—including preventatives and prescription diets—are backed by manufacturer guarantees.

  • If your pet doesn’t respond well to a guaranteed product, we can assist in submitting a claim or return request.

8. Online Pharmacy Returns

  • Our online pharmacy is subject to the same return guidelines as in-clinic purchases.

  • Any eligible online pharmacy returns must be brought back to the clinic—we cannot process returns remotely.

  • Please note that the online pharmacy uses a separate payment processor, therefore all refunds will be issued to the original payment method and we are unable to issue in-clinic credit for online purchases

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product (plus tax) is eligible for refund when applicable.
